Refunds & Returns Policy
We try our best to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition, however due to the nature of the products we sell, from time to time we accept there will be some damages. If you would like to return your order in the event it is damaged, please email email@example.com and we will be happy to replace it at our cost. If there are individual items broken, we will offer you a refund proportionate to the value of your order or send extra items on your next order to replace the broken items.
In accordance with the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you can return an item to us within 14 calendar days of purchase. If you decide you've ordered the wrong item, we are happy for it to be returned unopened and in original packaging and at your own expense. Provided the goods are returned to us unopened and with no damage, a refund will be issued.
Our orders are shipped using the courier service UPS. Deliveries up to 20kg will be shipped using a next day delivery whenever possible.
